AM4115T-GFBW

The Dino-Lite EDGE AM4115T-GFBW digital microscope is optimized for research and viewing objects involving fluorescent objects using blue LEDs for excitation and has a 510nm emission filter that is designed to observe green fluorescence including but not limited to GFP (green fluorescent protein). The AM4115T-GFBW has a 1.3 Megapixels sensor that you can capture or record at 1.3 Megapixels resolutions, and can magnify up to 220x magnifications depending of working distance.

The advanced CMOS image sensor allows to transmit sharp and crisp image with resolution up to 2560x1920 without compression.

The Dino-Lite is capable of variable magnification with a range of 20~220x depending of working distance by simply zooming in or out with just a rotating dial.

Scroll Lock

The scroll lock ensures the focus knob staying at the desired focus or magnification position without worry of unintentional movement.

Adjustable polarizer

The built-in adjustable polarizer allows to freely remove the unwanted reflection or glare from the object surface for a better contrast.

USB 2.0 Interface

It only requires USB 2.0 to power the device so it can be connected or travel with a compatible PC/ MAC for analysis and documentation with its bundled software.

MicroTouch shutter button

Take picture-perfect photos quickly and conveniently with the MicroTouch shutter button. This small, round, touch-sensitive button responds to the lightest touch to avoid blurry photos caused by excessive movement of the microscope. The MicroTouch shutter button can also be configured to control video recording, trigger barcode scanning, or switch on/off the LED lights.

Larger FOV & DOV

With its large field-of-view (FOV) and depth-of-field (DOF), appropriate range of working distances, and 10x to 50x magnification range, this model is ideal for macro-view fluorescence applications.

Flexible LED Control (FLC)

Tasking with software, the FLC maximizes illumination flexibility by offering independent on/off control to the four LED quadrants in addition to the 6-levels intensity adjustment capability.

High optical resolution

The superior optics adopted in the Edge series reveals the finest details, answering the needs of the most demanding microscopy applications.

Interchangeable caps

The interchangeable caps provide adaptability to numerous applications with alternative lighting or object interface, such as but not limited to diffused-light, ring-light, and coaxial-light etc.

Long-Working-Distance (LWD) optics

The LWD optics yields more working space between the object and the microscope, making it ideal for applications such as repairing or assembly.

High-resolution imaging

This Dino-Lite Edge series microscope maximizes observed details with state-of-the-art lens design for clearer, sharper images. This model supports high-resolution SXGA (1280x1024) image output for superior image quality.

High sensitivity

The Dino-Lite uses a high sensitivity 1.3 Megapixels sensor combined with a specially designed lens to capture faint fluorescent signals with results comparable to some traditional microscope capabilities.

The world's smallest fluorescence microscope

Cleverly integrates special 400nm LED excitation lights and a high-pass type emission filter that cuts off at 430nm into a Dino-Lite digital microscope. This makes it the smallest microscope capable of visualizing cyan and also a wide range of fluorescence for applications such as in: developmental biology, pathology, and anatomy. It also packs a white LED for non-excitation lighting to assist in locating points of interest.

Beneficial for applications such as research with green fluorescent proteins,it has built-in filtered blue LEDs for excitation light source with 510nm emission filter to clearly observe green fluorescence. It also includes a white LED to assist in locating points of interest.

PC / MAC Compatibility

Zoomable with Long Working Distance

While maintaining the same working distance, further rotation of the magnification dial will focus onto a higher magnification range and thereby effectively zoom into the target.

Designed for green fluorescence

With its innovative excitation and emission filter design, this model detects green fluorescence above 510nm, as excited by its 480nm (blue) LED lights.
