Extended Dynamic Range (EDR)

Observing high contrast or reflective surface, the EDR can help to reveal the details of dark or bright areas by stacking images taken at different exposure levels.

Automatic Magnification Reading (AMR)

Without the hassle to stop and check the magnification for doing a measurement, the AMR detects the magnification rate automatically through the software, making the measurement be a more efficient, accurate, and pleasant process.

Over 400X magnification

With magnification over 400X and high-resolution optics, this Edge series model reveals details and delivers superior image quality.

Flexible LED Control (FLC)

Tasking with software, the FLC maximizes illumination flexibility by offering independent on/off control to the four LED quadrants in addition to the 6-levels intensity adjustment capability.

High-Speed transmission

Through the use of USB 3.0 interface, the device is capable to obtain smooth and high-quality image at up to 15 FPS at 2560x1920 or 45 FPS at 1280x960.

Extra-long Working Distance

With Edge optics quality, the ELWD lens reveals minute details with minimum 115mm working distance at maximum magnification of 70X, making it well-suited for observation requiring ample space between microscope and object.

High optical resolution

The superior optics adopted in the Edge series reveals the finest details, answering the needs of the most demanding microscopy applications.

Interchangeable caps

The interchangeable caps provide adaptability to numerous applications with alternative lighting or object interface, such as but not limited to diffused-light, ring-light, and coaxial-light etc.

Long-Working-Distance (LWD) optics

The LWD optics yields more working space between the object and the microscope, making it ideal for applications such as repairing or assembly.

Auto Magnification Reading (AMR)

With this feature built into the microscope, our proprietary software will automatically detect and display the magnification readings in real-time, and store the magnification within each captured image. This feature improves the accuracy and precision of these readings while also increasing overall efficiency.

MicroTouch

Under magnification the slightest movement can be a big change. You can use the MicroTouch, a protruding and easy to find touch sensitive trigger on the Dino-Lite that minimizes movement when used for taking pictures.

Adjustable polarization
